  • Attach any supporting invoices or documents, where applicable.

In-House Review, Verification, and Disbursement

Once submitted, your draw is reviewed by our in-house draw team.

Verification options:

  • Standard review: We verify completed work using the photos and documentation you upload through the portal.
  • Traditional inspection (when needed): For certain stages or larger/complex requests, we may also order an on-site inspection.

After approval, funds are disbursed within 24–48 hours.

How fast can I get my draw once it’s submitted?

Draws are reviewed and, once approved, disbursed within 24–48 hours, assuming complete photos and documentation are provided.

Yes. Our standard process is built around self-taken job-site photos that you upload through the portal, along with any required documentation. As long as the photos clearly show the completed work, we can usually verify progress without an in-person visit.

When appropriate. For certain stages, higher draw amounts, or more complex situations, we may order a traditional on-site inspection in addition to the photos you provide.

Draws are reimbursement-based. We fund against work that has already been completed and verified through photos and/or inspection.
