Yes. We work with both. On brokered deals, you are recorded as the referring partner and treated as the relationship owner for that client.
How is broker compensation structured?
We offer competitive broker comp on funded loans. Trentium charges its own origination points, and your broker fee is added on top of that. The exact structure can vary by program and deal profile, but it’s agreed upfront, and we’ll work with you on pricing so the terms still make sense for your client.
Do you protect broker fees?
Yes. Once agreed, broker fees are documented in the file so you’re paid as expected when the loan funds.
