In-House Draws That Keep Your Project Moving
From your site photos to funds in 24–48 hours—draws handled start to finish by our team.
In-House Draws
A slow draw process can kill momentum on a great project. At Trentium Capital, draws are handled entirely in-house by our team. You submit requests through your online portal using self-taken job-site photos and simple documentation, and once approved, draws are disbursed in 24–48 hours so you can keep paying subs, ordering materials, and keeping your project on schedule.
How Our Draws Work
Our draw process is reimbursement-based, managed in-house, and built around your construction timeline.
1
STEP 1
Share Your Draw Schedule
At or before closing, you provide a draw schedule based on your scope and budget.
- We align on key milestones and expected draw timing.
- This helps us anticipate requests and keep capital flowing as work progresses.
2
STEP 2
Submit Your Draw Through the Portal
When you’re ready for a draw:
- Use the draw link on our website to log into your borrower portal.
- Enter the line items and amount you’re requesting.
- Upload self-taken photos clearly showing the completed work.
- Attach any supporting invoices or documents, where applicable.
3
STEP 3
In-House Review, Verification, and Disbursement
Once submitted, your draw is reviewed by our in-house draw team.
Verification options:
- Standard review: We verify completed work using the photos and documentation you upload through the portal.
- Traditional inspection (when needed): For certain stages or larger/complex requests, we may also order an on-site inspection.
After approval, funds are disbursed within 24–48 hours.

Draw Process FAQ
How fast can I get my draw once it’s submitted?
Draws are reviewed and, once approved, disbursed within 24–48 hours, assuming complete photos and documentation are provided.
Can I really submit draws using my own photos?
Yes. Our standard process is built around self-taken job-site photos that you upload through the portal, along with any required documentation. As long as the photos clearly show the completed work, we can usually verify progress without an in-person visit.
Do you ever send someone on-site to inspect?
When appropriate. For certain stages, higher draw amounts, or more complex situations, we may order a traditional on-site inspection in addition to the photos you provide.
Are draws reimbursement-only, or do you fund ahead?
Draws are reimbursement-based. We fund against work that has already been completed and verified through photos and/or inspection.
How much does each draw cost?
Each draw costs $175. This fee is typically paid from loan proceeds at the time of the draw and is disclosed upfront.
How do I request a draw?
You request draws through your borrower portal, accessed via the draw link on our website. From there, you enter the amount, upload self-taken photos, and attach any supporting documents.
Who do I contact if I have questions about a draw?
You’ll work directly with our in-house draw team, who can answer questions, clarify any conditions, and help move your request to funding as quickly as possible.
